    وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ إِذَا تَوَضَّأْتُمْ فابدأوا بِمَيَامِنِكُمْ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْأَرْبَعَةُ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ خُزَيْمَة َ 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه أبو داود (4141)، والترمذي (1766)، والنسائي في “الكبرى” (5 /482)، وابن ماجه (402)، وابن خزيمة (178) واللفظ لابن ماجه. وأما لفظ أبي داود، وابن خزيمة، فهو: “إذا لبستم، وإذا توضأتم فابدأوا بأيامنكم”. وأما الترمذي والنسائي فلفظهما: كان إذا ليس قميصا بدأ بميامنه. ومن هذا يتضح لك خطأ الحافظ رحمه الله في عزوه الحديث لمخرجيه هكذا على الإطلاق.

    Narrated Abu Huraira (rad): Allah’s Messenger (rad) said: “When you perform ablution, begin with your right limbs”. [Reported by Al-Arba’a and garded Sahih by Ibn Khuzaima].

    وَعَنْ اَلْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةٍ – رضى الله عنه – { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -تَوَضَّأَ, فَمَسَحَ بِنَاصِيَتِهِ, وَعَلَى اَلْعِمَامَةِ وَالْخُفَّيْنِ. } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِم ٌ 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه مسلم (274) (83).

    Narrated Al-Mughira bin Shu’ba (rad): The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) performed ablution and passed wet hands on his forelock, over the turban and over the two leather socks. [ Reported by Muslim].

    وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا -فِي صِفَةِ حَجِّ اَلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ- قَالَ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ اِبْدَؤُوا بِمَا بَدَأَ اَللَّهُ بِهِ } أَخْرَجَهُ النَّسَائِيُّ, هَكَذَا بِلَفْظِ اَلْأَمْر ِ 1 وَهُوَ عِنْدَ مُسْلِمٍ بِلَفْظِ اَلْخَبَر ِ 2 . 1 – صحيح. النسائي (536). 2 – مسلم (2/888)، أي: بلفظ: “أبدأ” وانظر رقم (742).

    Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah (rad): Regarding the Hajj of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم): He said, “Begin with what Allah had begun with” [ Reported by An-Nasa’i in this commanding version while Muslim has reported it in the reporting one].

    وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: { كَانَ اَلنَّبِيَّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ أَدَارَ اَلْمَاءَ عَلَى مُرْفَقَيْهِ. } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ بِإِسْنَادِ ضَعِيف ٍ 1 . 1 – ضعيف جدا. رواه الدارقطني (1/15/83) .

    Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah (rad): The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) used to run the water down his elbows while performing ablution [Reported by Ad-Daraqutni with aweak chain of narrators].

    وَفِي لَفْظٍ: { بَدَأَ بِمُقَدَّمِ رَأْسِهِ, حَتَّى ذَهَبَ بِهِمَا إِلَى قَفَاهُ, ثُمَّ رَدَّهُمَا إِلَى اَلْمَكَانِ اَلَّذِي بَدَأَ مِنْهُ } 1 . 1 – البخاري (185)، ومسلم (235).

    In another narration by al-Bukhari and Muslim: “He started with the front of his head, moved them (his hands) to the nape of his neck, and then returned them to the place where he started.”

    وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا وُضُوءَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ اِسْمَ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ } أَخْرَجَهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ, بِإِسْنَادٍ ضَعِيف ٍ 1 . 1 – حسن بشواهده . رواه أحمد (2/418)، وأبو داود (101)، وابن ماجه (399) .

    Narrated Abu Huraira (rad): Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “There is no Wudu for one who does not mention Allah’s Name upon it. [Reported by Ahmad, Abu Da’ud and Ibn Majah with a weak chain of narrators].

    وَعَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ رَضِيَ الْلَّهُ عَنْهُمَا؛ { أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -وَأَصْحَابَهُ تَوَضَّئُوا مِنْ مَزَادَةِ اِمْرَأَةٍ مُشْرِكَةٍ. } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ، فِي حَدِيثٍ طَوِيلٍ 1 . 1 – لا وجود له في البخاري ومسلم بهذا اللفظ الذي ذكره الحافظ، وفي “الأصل” زيادة بيان.

    Narrated ‘Imran bin Hussain (rad): The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and his Companions performed Wudu (ablution) from a skin water container belonging to a polytheist woman [Agreed upon]. (It is an extract of a long Hadith).

    وَعَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ – رضى الله عنه – { أَنَّ قَدَحَ النَّبِيِّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -اِنْكَسَرَ، فَاتَّخَذَ مَكَانَ الشَّعْبِ سِلْسِلَةً مِنْ فِضَّةٍ. } أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه البخاري (3109).

    Narrated Anas bin Malik: Narrated Anas bin Malik (rad): When the cup of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) got broken, he fixed it with a silver wire at the crack [Reported by Al-Bukhari].

    عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ: { سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -عَنْ اَلْخَمْرِ تُتَّخَذُ خَلًّا? قَالَ: “لَا” . } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِم ٌ 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه مسلم (1983).

    Narrated Anas bin Malik (rad): Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) was asked about making vinegar out of wine. He said, “No (it is prohibited)”. [Reported by Muslim, and At-Tirmidhi and the latter graded it Hasan-Sahih (fair and sound)].

    وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: { لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ خَيْبَرَ, أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -أَبَا طَلْحَةَ, فَنَادَى: “إِنَّ اَللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ يَنْهَيَانِكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ اَلْحُمُرِ]اَلْأَهْلِيَّةِ], فَإِنَّهَا رِجْسٌ” } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْه ِ 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه البخاري (2991)، ومسلم (1940) من طريق محمد بن سيرين، عن أنس به. وزاد مسلم: “من عمل الشيطان”.

    Narrated Anas bin Malik (rad): On the day of Khaibair, Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) commanded Abu Talha to announce: “Allah and His Messenger have prohibited for you (eating of) the flesh of the donkeys, for it is unclean”. [Agreed upon].
