باب مَا جَاءَ فِي فَضْلِ النِّكَاحِ
Chapter: What was narrated concerning the virtue of marriage
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّوَارِبِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ “ لاَ نِكَاحَ إِلاَّ بِوَلِيٍّ ” .
It was narrated from Abu Musa that: the Messenger of Allah said: “There is no marriage except with a guardian.”
