باب وُجُوبِ الزَّكَاةِ
Chapter: The Obligation of Zakah
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَارِمٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ “ أَرْبَعَةٌ يُبْغِضُهُمُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ الْبَيَّاعُ الْحَلاَّفُ وَالْفَقِيرُ الْمُخْتَالُ وَالشَّيْخُ الزَّانِي وَالإِمَامُ الْجَائِرُ ” .
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said: “There are four whom Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, hates: The vendor who sells his wares by means of false oaths, the poor man who shows off, the old man who commits Zina and the Imam who is unjust.”
