باب ذِكْرِ أَمْرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي النِّكَاحِ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَمَا أَبَاحَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لِنَبِيِّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَحَظَرَهُ عَلَى خَلْقِهِ زِيَادَةً فِي كَرَامَتِهِ وَتَنْبِيهًا لِفَضِيلَتِهِ .
Chapter: Mentioning the Command of the Messenger of Allah Concerning Marriage, His Wives and what Allah, The Mighty And Sublime, Permitted To His Prophet When It Is Forbidden To Other People, Because Of His Virtue And High Status
أَخْبَرَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم “ لاَ يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا وَلاَ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا ” .
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: “The Messenger of Allah said: ‘(A man should not be married to) a woman and her paternal aunt nor to a woman and her maternal aunt at the same time.’”
