باب إِطْعَامِ الطَّعَامِ
Chapter: Feeding others
حَدَّثَنَا جُبَارَةُ بْنُ الْمُغَلِّسِ، حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ مَا رُفِعَ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَىْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَضْلُ شِوَاءٍ قَطُّ وَلاَ حُمِلَتْ مَعَهُ طِنْفِسَةٌ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ .
It was
narrated that Anas bin Malik said: “No leftovers of roast
meat*
were ever cleared from in front of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ),
and
no carpet was ever carried with him.”
