Bab 31
باب مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ دَاءً إِلاَّ أَنْزَلَ لَهُ شِفَاءً
Chapter: Allah has not sent down any disease except that He has also sent down the cure for it
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ، بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَمْزَةَ الْعَطَّارُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ أُهْدِيَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَسَلٌ فَقَسَمَ بَيْنَنَا لُعْقَةً لُعْقَةً فَأَخَذْتُ لُعْقَتِي ثُمَّ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَزْدَادُ أُخْرَى قَالَ “ نَعَمْ ” .
It was
narrated that Jabir bin ‘Abdullah said: “Some honey was given
as
a gift to the Prophet (ﷺ), and he shared among us spoonful by
spoonful. I took my spoonful then I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah,
can I
have another?’ He said: ‘Yes.’”
