Chapter: “‘Umra (A Gift Given For Life) Belongs To The Heir”
أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ “ لاَ عُمْرَى فَمَنْ أُعْمِرَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ ” .
Isma’il narrated from Muhammad, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of Allah said: “There is no lifelong gift. Whoever is given something as a lifelong gift, it belongs to him.”
