Chapter: How Jibril Led The Prayer And The Definition Of The Times Of The Five Daily Prayers
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلاَنَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَاصِمُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ لَبِيدٍ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ “ أَسْفِرُوا بِالْفَجْرِ ” .
It was narrated from Rafi’ bin Khadij that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Pray Fajr when the dawn shines.”
