باب مَا جَاءَ فِي مِقْدَارِ الْمَاءِ لِلْوُضُوءِ وَالْغُسْلِ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ
Chapter: The quantity of water required for ablution and bathing from a state of sexual impurity
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ الْعَدَنِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ، قَالَ تَيَمَّمْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إِلَى الْمَنَاكِبِ .
It was narrated that ‘Ammar [bin Yasir] said: “We did dry ablution with the Messenger of Allah, (wiping our arms) up to our shoulders.”
