عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَلرَّحْمَنِ, عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ – رضى الله عنه – [ قَالَ ]: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَقُولُ: { مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ, فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 2402 )، ومسلم ( 1559 ).

Narrated Abu Bakr bin ‘Abdur-Rahman on the authority of Abu Hurairah (RA): We heard Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) say: “If a creditor finds his very property with a debtor who becomes bankrupt, he is more entitled to it than anyone else.” [Agreed upon].
