عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ جَدِّهِ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ : { مَنْ أُودِعَ وَدِيعَةً , فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ ضَمَانٌ } أَخْرَجَهُ اِبْنُ مَاجَهْ , وَإِسْنَادُهُ ضَعِيفٌ 1 . 1 – ضعيف . رواه ابن ماجه ( 2401 ).

Narrated ‘Amr bin Shu’aib on his father’s authority from his grandfather: The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “There is no liability on him who is entrusted with something.” [Ibn Majah reported it, but its chain narrators is Da’if (weak)].
