وَعَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ: { أَدْرَكْتُ بِضْعَةَ عَشَرَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ اَلنَّبِيِّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -كُلُّهُمْ يَقِفُونَ اَلْمُؤْلِي } . رَوَاهُ اَلشَّافِعِيّ ُ 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه الشافعي في “المسند” (2 /42/ رقم 139).

Narrated Sulaiman bin Yasar (RA): I met thirteen or more of the Companions of Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم), all of them made the one who swears to stay away from his wife, return to her or divorce her (at the end of the period). [Reported by ash-Shafi’i].
