وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا يَبِيتَنَّ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَ اِمْرَأَةٍ, إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ نَاكِحًا, أَوْ ذَا مَحْرَمٍ. } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه مسلم (2171).

Narrated Jabir (RA): Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “A man must not spend the night in the house of woman unless he is her husband or a Mahram.” [Reported by Muslim].
