باب مَا جَاءَ فِي فَضْلِ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ
Chapter: [What Has Been Related] About The Virtue Of The Day Of Jumu’ah
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ بَيْنَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَخْطُبُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ إِذْ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ” أَصَلَّيْتَ ” . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ ” قُمْ فَارْكَعْ ” . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ أَصَحُّ شَيْءٍ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ .
Jabir bin Abdullah narrated: “The Prophet was delivering a Khutbah on Friday when a man came. The Prophet said: ‘Have you prayed?’ He said no. So he said: ‘Then stand and pray.’” Abu Eisa said: This Hadith is Hasan Sahih [It is the most correct thing about this topic.]
