What accommodations are allowed for someone who is sick during the performance of Tawaf?

I informed Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) that I was sick. He said, “Perform Tawaf (of the Ka`ba) while riding

the Ka`ba and was reciting Surat-at-Tur.
