What is the significance of the area between the Prophet’s house and pulpit in Islamic tradition?

Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “Between my house and my pulpit there is a garden from amongst the gardens of
Paradise, and my pulpit is over my Lake-Fount.”
