question #1 Sahih Muslim 1189g, Book 15, Hadith 40 : What is the significance of applying perfume before entering the state of Ihram?

I applied the best perfume, which I could get, to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) before entering upon the state of Ihram (and after this) he put on the Ihram.
