question #1 Sahih Muslim 191d, Book 1, Hadith 378 : What does this narration imply about the fate of people who have been in the Fire?

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Verily people would be brought out from the Fire, and they would be burnt except the exterior (surfaces, fronts) of their faces; and they would enter Paradise.
