How did the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) illustrate the opening in the wall of Gog and Magog?

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Allah has made an opening in the wall of the Gog and Magog (people) like this,
and he made with his hand (with the help of his fingers).
and he made with his hand (with the help of his fingers).
