Why is it important to cover one’s private parts in Islamic dress code?

The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade two kinds of dresses and two kinds of bargains; Ishtimal As-Samma and Al-
Ihtiba in one garment with no part of it covering one’s private parts. (The two kinds of bargains were:)
Al-Mulamasa and Al-Munabadha.
