باب اسْتِحْبَابِ النِّكَاحِ لِمَنْ تَاقَتْ نَفْسُهُ إِلَيْهِ وَوَجَدَ مُؤْنَةً وَاشْتِغَالِ مَنْ عَجَزَ عَنِ الْمُؤَنِ بِالصَّوْمِ
Chapter: Marriage is recommended for the one who desires it and can afford it, and the one who cannot afford it should distract himself by fasting
وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ “ لاَ شِغَارَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ ” .
Ibn ‘Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as having said: There is no Shighar in islam.
