باب إِبْطَالِ بَيْعِ الْمُلاَمَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ
Chapter: The invalidity of Mulamasah and Munabadhah transactions
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُتَلَقَّى الْجَلَبُ .
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace he upon him) as saying: Do not meet the merchandise (in the way).
