باب الْمُسَاقَاةِ وَالْمُعَامَلَةِ بِجُزْءٍ مِنَ الثَّمَرِ وَالزَّرْعِ
Chapter: Musaqah And Mu’amalah in return for a share of the fruit and crops
حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم “ قَاتَلَ اللَّهُ الْيَهُودَ حُرِّمَ عَلَيْهِمُ الشَّحْمُ فَبَاعُوهُ وَأَكَلُوا ثَمَنَهُ ” .
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: May Allah destroy the Jews for Allah forbade the use of fat for them, but they sold it and made use of its price.
