Bab 33
باب النَّاسُ تَبَعٌ لِقُرَيْشٍ وَالْخِلاَفَةُ فِي قُرَيْشٍ
Chapter: The people follow the Quraish and the Caliphate belongs to the Quraish
وَحَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ غَيْلاَنَ، بْنِ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ رِيَاحٍ الْقَيْسِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِ جَرِيرٍ وَقَالَ “ لاَ يَتَحَاشَى مِنْ مُؤْمِنِهَا ” .
The same tradition has been narrated by the same authority through another chain of transmitters with a slight difference in wording.
