باب تَحْرِيمِ الْخَمْرِ وَبَيَانِ أَنَّهَا تَكُونُ مِنْ عَصِيرِ الْعِنَبِ وَمِنَ التَّمْرِ وَالْبُسْرِ وَالزَّبِيبِ وَغَيْرِهَا مِمَّا يُسْكِرُ

Chapter: The prohibition of Khamr, which may be made from the juice of grapes, dried dates, unripe dates, raisins and other things that intoxicate

وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، فِي هَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏

This Hadith is narrated on the authority of Shu’ba with the same chain of transmitters.
