باب تَحْرِيمِ أَوَانِي الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ فِي الشُّرْبِ وَغَيْرِهِ عَلَى الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ
Chapter: The Prohibition Of Using Vessels Of Gold And Silver For Drinking Etc., For Men And Women
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَعْفَرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا
ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَفِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ جَعْفَرٍ كَانَ مَرْوَانُ يَسْتَخْلِفُ
أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ . وَفِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ الْمُثَنَّى كَانَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ يُسْتَخْلَفُ عَلَى الْمَدِينَةِ .
ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَفِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ جَعْفَرٍ كَانَ مَرْوَانُ يَسْتَخْلِفُ
أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ . وَفِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ الْمُثَنَّى كَانَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ يُسْتَخْلَفُ عَلَى الْمَدِينَةِ .
This hadith has been reported on the authority of Shu’ba with the same chain of transmitters and in the hadith transmitted on the authority of Ibn ja’far (the words are): Marwan had made Abu Huraira as his deputy. and in the hadith transmitted on the authority of Ibn Muthanna (the words are). Abu Huraira was the Governor of Medina.
