باب مَا يَقُولُ إِذَا لَبِسَ ثَوْبًا جَدِيدًا
Chapter: What Is To Be Said When Putting On A New Garment
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ زَادَ وَأَخْرَجَهُ فَكَانَ بِالْبَيْدَاءِ يَدْخُلُ كُلَّ جُمُعَةٍ يَسْتَطْعِمُ .
The tradition mentioned about has also been transmitted by ‘Aishah through a different chain of narrators. This version has: He (the Prophet) exiled him and he lived in a desert (outside Medina). He would come every Friday asking for food.
