وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ -يَرْفَعُهُ, فِي اَلْحَامِلِ اَلْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا- قَالَ: { لَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْبَيْهَقِيُّ, وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ, لَكِنْ قَالَ: اَلْمَحْفُوظُ وَقْفُهُ 1 . 1 – ضعيف. رواه البيهقي (7 /431) من طريق حرب بن أبي العالية، عن أبي الزبير، عن جابر مرفوعا، به. قلت: وأبو الزبير مدلس وقد عنعنه.

Narrated Jabir (RA) in a Hadith which he attributed to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) regarding a pregnant (woman) whose husband died: “She has no maintenance rights.” [al-Baihaqi reported it. Its narrators are reliable, but al-Baihaqi said, “The correct narration is that which is Mawquf (a saying of a Companion)”].
