وَثَبَتَ نَفْيُ اَلنَّفَقَةِ فِي حَدِيثِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه مسلم (1480) وفيه: “ليس لك عليه نفقة”. وتقدم برقم (1004).

It was established that no maintenance is due (to a woman who was divorced with three pronouncements) in the Hadith of Fatimah (RA) daughter of Qais, which has preceded. [Reported by Muslim].
