    وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ عِنْدَ أَبِي دَاوُدَ فِي “مَرَاسِيلِهِ” بِلَفْظِ: { “ذَبِيحَةُ اَلْمُسْلِمِ حَلَالٌ, ذَكَرَ اِسْمَ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا أَوْ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ” } وَرِجَالُهُ مُوَثَّقُونَ (1761) . 2 – ضعيف رواه أبو داود في “المراسيل” ( 378 ) عن الصلت السدوسي، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: فذكره. قلت: وهذا مع كونه مرسلا، فمرسله أيضا “مجهول”.

    Abu Dawud narrated a similar hadith that reads, “The slaughtering (of an animal) by any Muslim is Halal (lawful) whether or not he mentioned Allah’s name over it.” Its narrators are reliable.

    عَنْ أَنَسِ بنِ مَالِكٍ – رضى الله عنه – { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -كَانَ يُضَحِّي بِكَبْشَيْنِ أَمْلَحَيْنِ, أَقْرَنَيْنِ, وَيُسَمِّي, وَيُكَبِّرُ, وَيَضَعُ رِجْلَهُ عَلَى صِفَاحِهِمَا. وَفِي لَفْظٍ: ذَبَحَهُمَا بِيَدِهِ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْه ِ (1762) . وَفِي لَفْظِ: { سَمِينَيْنِ } (1763) وَلِأَبِي عَوَانَةَ فِي “صَحِيحِهِ” : { ثَمِينَيْنِ } . بِالْمُثَلَّثَةِ بَدَلَ اَلسِّين ِ (1764) 1 – صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 5565 )، ومسلم ( 1966 ) ( 17 ). 2 – قال البخاري في “صحيحه” ( 10 / 9 / فتح ): ” باب أضحية النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بكبشين أقرنين. ويذكر سمينين” . قلت: رواه ابن ماجه من حديث عائشة، وأبي هريرة ( 3122 ) بسند حسن. 3 – الذي نقله الحافظ في “الفتح” ( 9 / 10 ) عن “صحيح” أبي عوانة، أنه بالسين قلت: ورأيته بنفسي – بالسين المهملة – في نسختين من نسخ أبي عوانة، نسخة دار الكتب المصرية ( ج 4 / ق 20 / ب )، والنسخة الأزهرية ( ق / 203 / ب ).

    Anas bin Malik (RAA) narrated, “The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) used to sacrifice two two-horned rams, mention Allah’s name and say the Takbir (Allahu Akbar or Allah is the Most Great), and place his foot on their sides.” In another version, “He slaughtered them with his own hands.” Another version has, “Two fat rams,’ and another has, ‘two precious rams.’ Agreed upon.

    وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { “لَا تَتَّخِذُوا شَيْئاً فِيهِ اَلرُّوحُ غَرَضًا” } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ (1752) . 4 – صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1957 ). والغرض: الهدف.

    Ibn ‘Abbas (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Do not take any living creature as a target.”Related by Muslim.

    وَعَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ – رضى الله عنه – { أَنّ امْرَأَةً ذَبَحَتْ شَاةً بِحَجَرٍ, فَسُئِلَ اَلنَّبِيُّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -عَنْ ذَلِكَ, فَأَمَرَ بِأَكْلِهَا } رَوَاهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ (1753) . 5 – صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 9 / 631 / فتح ).

    Ka’b bin Malik (RAA) narrated, ‘A woman slaughtered a sheep with a stone, so the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) was asked about that and he ordered it to be eaten.’ Related by Muslim.

    وَعَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ – رضى الله عنه – عَنِ اَلنَّبِيِّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { “مَا أُنْهِرَ اَلدَّمُ, وَذُكِرَ اِسْمُ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ, فَكُلْ لَيْسَ اَلسِّنَّ وَالظُّفْرَ; أَمَّا اَلسِّنُّ; فَعَظْمٌ; وَأَمَّا اَلظُّفُرُ: فَمُدَى اَلْحَبَشِ” } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ (1754) . 1 – صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 5503 )، ومسلم ( 1968 ).

    Rafi’ bin Khadij (RAA) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “You may eat an animal which is slaughtered by any means which causes the blood to gush out as long as Allah’s Name is mentioned over it, except for the tooth and the claw (not allowed to be used). The tooth is a bone and the claw is the knife of the Abyssinians (Ethiopians).” Agreed upon.

    وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بنِ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { نَهَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -أَنْ يُقْتَلَ شَيْءٌ مِنَ اَلدَّوَابِّ صَبْرًا } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ (1755) . 2 – صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1959 ). ووقع في “الأصلين” : “أن نقتل شيئا” والتصحيح من “مسلم”.

    Jabir bin Abdullah (RAA) narrated, “The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) prohibited beating a tied-animal to death.” Related by Muslim.

    وَعَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ ” إِنَّ اَللَّهَ كَتَبَ اَلْإِحْسَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ, فَإِذَا قَتَلْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا اَلْقِتْلَةَ, وَإِذَا ذَبَحْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا اَلذِّبْحَةَ, وَلْيُحِدَّ أَحَدُكُمْ شَفْرَتَهُ, وَلْيُرِحْ (1756) ذَبِيحَتَهُ” } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ (1757) . 3 – كذا “بالأصلين” ، وفي “الصحيح” : ” فليرح”. 4 – صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1955 ).

    Shaddad bin Aus (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Verily, Allah has prescribed proficiency in all things. Thus, if you kill, kill in the least painful manner you can; and when you slaughter an animal, do it in the best possible way; and any of you should sharpen his blade so that the animal may be spared from the suffering of the slaughtering.”

    وَعَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةٌ – رضى الله عنه – { -فِي قِصَّةِ اَلْحِمَارِ اَلْوَحْشِيِّ- فَأَكَلَ مِنْهُ اَلنَّبِيُّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -} مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ (1740) . 2 – صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 2854 )، ومسلم ( 1196 ) ( 63 ). وفيه: فقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: “هل معكم منه شيء ؟” قالوا: معنا رجله. قال فأخذها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فأكلها. وحديث أبي قتادة هذا تقدم برقم ( 734 ).

    Abu Qatadah narrated concerning the zebra. The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ate from it.’ Agreed upon. (refer to hadith no.753)

    وَعَنْ أَسْمَاءِ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: { نَحَرْنَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -فَرَساً, فَأَكَلْنَاهُ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ (1741) . 3 – صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 5510 )، ومسلم ( 1942 ).

    Asma’ bint Abi Bakr (RAA) narrated, ‘During the lifetime of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم), we slaughtered a horse and ate it.’ Agreed upon.

    وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { أَكُلَّ اَلضَّبِّ عَلَى مَائِدَةِ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -} مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ (1742) . 4 – صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 7358 )، ومسلم ( 1947 ) من حديث ابن عباس قال: أهدت خالتي أم حفيد إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم سمنا وأقطا وأضبا. فأكل من السمن والأقط، وترك الضب تقذرا، وأكل على مائدة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، ولو كان حراما ما أكل على مائدة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. والسياق لمسلم.

    Ibn ‘Abbas (RAA) narrated, ‘The sand lizard was served as food on the table of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم).’ Agreed upon.
