    وَعَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ اَلْعَجَلَةُ مِنَ اَلشَّيْطَانِ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَقَالَ: حَسَنٌ. 1 . 1 – ضعيف. رواه الترمذي (2012) من طريق عبد المهيمن بن عباس بن سهل بن سعد الساعدي، عن أبيه، عن جده، به. وزاد في أوله:” الأناة من الله….”. وكذا نقل الحافظ هنا التحسين عن الترمذي، ونقل عنه صاحب” التحفة” (4 / 129):” حسن غريب”. والذي في المطبوع قوله:” هذا حديث غريب، وقد تكلم بعض أهل الحديث في عبد المهيمن بن عباس بن سهل، وضعفه من قبل حفظه.

    Sahl bin Sa’d (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Haste comes from Satan.” Related by At-Tirmidhi who graded is as Hasan.

    وَلَهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ اِبْنِ مَسْعُودٍ -رَفَعَهُ-: { لَيْسَ اَلْمُؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ, وَلَا اَللَّعَّانُ, وَلَا اَلْفَاحِشَ, وَلَا اَلْبَذِيءَ } وَحَسَّنَهُ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلْحَاكِمُ, وَرَجَّحَ اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ وَقْفَهُ. .

    At-Tirmidhi also related on the authority of Ibn Mas’ud (RAA) that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “The believer is not a slanderer, nor does he curse others, and nor is he immoral or shameless.” Related by At-Tirmidhi who graded it to be Hasan. Al-Hakim graded it as Sahih and Ad-Daraqutni said that it is most probably Mawquf (traced only to a Companion).

    وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا- قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا تَسُبُّوا اَلْأَمْوَاتَ ; فَإِنَّهُمْ قَدْ أَفْضَوْا إِلَى مَا قَدَّمُوا } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ. 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه البخاري (1393).

    A’ishah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Avoid reviling the dead, they have already seen the result of (the deeds) that they forwarded before them.” Related by Al-Bukhari.

    وَعَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا يَدْخُلُ اَلْجَنَّةَ قَتَّاتٌ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ. 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه البخاري (6056)، ومسلم (105) والقتات:” النمام” كما وقع ذلك في رواية مسلم.

    Hudhaifah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “A backbiter will not enter Paradise.” Agreed upon.

    وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَنْ كَفَّ غَضَبَهُ, كَفَّ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَذَابَهُ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي ” اَلْأَوْسَطِ” . 1 . 1 – صحيح بشواهده، وحديث أنس عند أبي يعلى، والدولابي أيضا.

    Anas (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “If one restrained his anger, Allah will keep His punishment from him (on the Day of Resurrection).” Related by At-Tabarani in al-Awsat.

    وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ: مِنْ حَدِيثِ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ عِنْدَ اِبْنِ أَبِي اَلدُّنْيَا. 1 . 1 – صحيح كسابقه، وهو أحد شواهد الحديث السابق، إلا أن لفظه:” من كف غضبه ستر الله عورته”، وهو عند الطبراني في” الكبير” -أيضا-.

    The aforementioned hadith is supported by a narration on the authority of Ibn ’Umar related by Ibn Abi Ad-Dunia.

    وَعَنْ خَوْلَةَ اَلْأَنْصَارِيَّةَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا- قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ إِنَّ رِجَالاً يتخوَّضون فِي مَالِ اَللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ, فَلَهُمْ اَلنَّارُ يَوْمَ اَلْقِيَامَةِ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ. 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه البخاري (3118) , ويتخوضون في مال الله بغير حق. أي: يتصرفون في مال المسلمين بالباطل، وفي الحديث ردع الولاة أن يأخذوا من المال شيئا بغير حقه، أو يمنعوه من أهله. انظر” الفتح”.

    Khawlah al-Ansariyah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Some men acquire Allah’s Property (such as the funds of the Muslim state treasury, Zakah etc.) and they will go to Hell on the Day of Resurrection.” Related Al-Bukhari.

    وَعَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ – رضى الله عنه – عَنْ اَلنَّبِيِّ -صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ– فِيمَا يَرْوِي 1 عَنْ رَبِّهِ- قَالَ: { يَا عِبَادِي! إِنِّي حَرَّمْتُ اَلظُّلْمَ عَلَى نَفْسِي, وَجَعَلْتُهُ بَيْنَكُمْ مُحَرَّمًا, فَلَا تَظَّالَمُوا } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. 2 . 1 – في” أ” يرويه. 2 – صحيح. رواه مسلم (2577)، وهو طرف من حديث طويل، وقد شرحه شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية شرحا نفيسا في” مجموع الفتاوى”، وأيضا طبع مفردا.

    Abu Dharr (RAA) quoted the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) saying among what he narrated from Allah, the Most High that He has said, “O MY slaves, I have made oppression unlawful for myself and I have made it unlawful among you, so do not oppress one another.” Related by Muslim.

    وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ – رضى الله عنه – أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { أَتَدْرُونَ مَا اَلْغِيبَةُ? قَالُوا: اَللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ. قَالَ: ذِكْرُكَ أَخَاكَ بِمَا يَكْرَهُ. قِيلَ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ كَانَ فِي أَخِي مَا أَقُولُ? قَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ فِيهِ مَا تَقُولُ فَقَدْ اِغْتَبْتَهُ, وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ فَقَدْ بَهَتَّهُ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه مسلم (2589).

    Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated, ‘The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) asked, “Do you know what backbiting is?” They replied, `Allah and His Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) know best.’ He said, “It is saying something about your brother which he dislikes.” Someone asked, ‘Supposing that what I said about my brother was true?’ and the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “If what you say about him is true you have backbitten him and if it is not true you have slandered him.” Related by Muslim.

    وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا تَحَاسَدُوا وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا, وَلَا تَبَاغَضُوا, وَلَا تَدَابَرُوا, وَلَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ, وَكُونُوا عِبَادَ اَللَّهِ إِخْوَانًا, اَلْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو اَلْمُسْلِمِ, لَا يَظْلِمُهُ, وَلَا يَخْذُلُهُ, وَلَا يَحْقِرُهُ, اَلتَّقْوَى هَا هُنَا, وَيُشِيرُ إِلَى صَدْرِهِ ثَلَاثَ مِرَارٍ, بِحَسْبِ اِمْرِئٍ مِنْ اَلشَّرِّ أَنْ يَحْقِرَ أَخَاهُ اَلْمُسْلِمَ, كُلُّ اَلْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى اَلْمُسْلِمِ حَرَامٌ, دَمُهُ, وَمَالُهُ, وَعِرْضُهُ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه مسلم (2564).

    Abu Hurairah [RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Avoid jealousy between yourselves, do not outbid one another (with a view to raising the price), do not harbor hatred against one another, do not bear enmity against one another, one of you should not enter into a transaction when the other has already entered into it; and be fellow brothers and slaves of Allah. A Muslim is a Muslim’s brother. He does not wrong, desert or despise him. Piety is found here (pointing three times to his chest), despising his Muslim brother is enough evil for any man to do. Every Muslim’s blood, property and honor are unlawful to be violated by another Muslim.” Related by Muslim.
