    وَعَنْهَا; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -كَانَ إِذَا خَرَجَ مِنْ اَلْغَائِطِ قَالَ: “غُفْرَانَكَ” } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ. وَصَحَّحَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ, وَالْحَاكِم ُ 1 . 1 – حسن. رواه أبو داود (30)، والترمذي (7)، وابن ماجه (300)، والنسائي في “عمل اليوم والليلة” (79)، وأحمد (655)، وابن حبان (1444)، والحاكم (185)، من حديث عائشة رضي الله عنها .

    Narrated ‘Aisha (rad): When the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) came out of the privy, he used to say, “Ghufranaka (O Allah! Grant me Your forgiveness)”. [Reported by Al-Khamsa, Abu Hatim and Al-Hakim graded it Sahih (sound)].

    وَلِلْحَاكِمِ. عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ مَرْفُوعًا: { إِذَا جَاءَ أَحَدَكُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ, فَقَالَ: إِنَّكَ أَحْدَثْتَ, فَلْيَقُلْ: كَذَبْتَ }

    And Abu Sa’id narrated in Marfu’ Hadith: “If Satan comes to one of you and says: ‘You have nullified your ablution (by releasing air)’, let him say: ‘You have lied.” [Reported by Al-Hakim].

    وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ: { أَتَى اَلنَّبِيُّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -اَلْغَائِطَ, فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آتِيَهُ بِثَلَاثَةِ أَحْجَارٍ, فَوَجَدْتُ حَجَرَيْنِ, وَلَمْ أَجِدْ ثَالِثًا. فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِرَوْثَةٍ. فَأَخَذَهُمَا وَأَلْقَى اَلرَّوْثَةَ, وَقَالَ: “هَذَا رِكْسٌ” } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْبُخَارِيّ ُ 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه البخاري (156).

    Narrated Ibn Mas’ud (rad): The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) went out to answer the call of nature and asked me to bring three stones. I found two stones and searched for the third but could not find it. So I took a dried piece of dung and brought it to him. He took the two stones and threw away the dung and said, “This is a filthy thing”. [Reported by Al-Bukhari]

    وَأَخْرَجَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ بِلَفْظِ: { فَلْيَقُلْ فِي نَفْسِهِ } 1 . 1 – ضعيف. رواه الحاكم (134)، وابن حبان (2666)، وتمامه عندهما: “حتى يسمع صوتا بأذنه، أو يجد ريحا بأنفه”.

    Ibn Hibban also reported the above Hadith with the version: “Let him say in his heart…”

    زَادَ أَحْمَدُ, وَاَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ: { ائْتِنِي بِغَيْرِهَا } 1 . 1 – رواه أحمد (1 /450)، والدارقطني (1 /55) واللفظ للدارقطني، وأما لفظ أحمد، فهو: “ائتني بحجر”. وهي زيادة صحيحة.

    And in the version of Ahmad and Ad-Daraqutni it is added: “Bring me more (something other than dung)”].

    عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ: { كَانَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -إِذَا دَخَلَ اَلْخَلَاءَ وَضَعَ خَاتَمَهُ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْأَرْبَعَةُ, وَهُوَ مَعْلُول ٌ 1 . 1 – منكر . رواه أبو داود (19)، والترمذي (1746)، والنسائي (1/178)، وابن ماجه (303).

    Narrated Anas bin Malik (rad): Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) used to remove his ring when entering the lavatory. [Reported by Al-Arba’a and it is defective].

    وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; { أَنَّ رَجُلاً سَأَلَ اَلنَّبِيَّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -أَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ لُحُومِ اَلْغَنَمِ? قَالَ: إِنْ شِئْتَ قَالَ: أَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ لُحُومِ اَلْإِبِلِ ? قَالَ: نَعَمْ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِم ٌ 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه مسلم (360).

    Narrated Jabir bin Samura (rad): A man asked the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم), “Should I perform ablution after eating mutton?” He replied, “If you wish so”, he then asked, “Should I perform ablution after eating camel meat?” He (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Yes”. [Reported by Muslim].

    وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَنْ غَسَّلَ مَيْتًا فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ, وَمَنْ حَمَلَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ } أَخْرَجَهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَالنَّسَائِيُّ, وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَحَسَّنَه ُ 1 . 1 – صحيح. رواه أحمد رقم (7675)، والترمذي (993). والحديث قد أعله جماعة كالإمام أحمد كما نقل الحافظ ولكن طرق الحديث وشواهده الكثيرة لا تدع أدنى شك في تصحيحه، وانظر “الأصل” إن شئت معرفة ذلك. “تنبيه”: وهم الحافظ عي عزوه للنسائي. والله أعلم .

    Narrated Abu Huraira (rad): The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Whoever washes a dead person should take a bath (thereafter); and whoever carries it should perform ablution”. Reported by Ahmad, An-Nasa’i and At-Tirmidhi who graded it Hasan (fair).

    وَقَالَ أَحْمَدُ: لَا يَصِحُّ فِي هَذَا اَلْبَابِ شَيْءٌ.

    And Ahmad said that there is no authentic Hadith in this chapter.
