    وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ – رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ 1 إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ أَهْلَهُ قَالَ : بِسْمِ اَللَّهِ . اَللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا اَلشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا ; فَإِنَّهُ إِنْ يُقَدَّرْ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدٌ فِي ذَلِكَ , لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ اَلشَّيْطَانُ أَبَدًا”. } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 2 . 1 – في ” الصحيحين ” : ” أحدهم “. 2 – صحيح . رواه البخاري ( 51655) ، ومسلم ( 1434 ) واللفظ لمسلم.

    Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas (RA): Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “If anyone who intends to have intercourse with his wife says, ‘In the Name of Allah. O Allah, keep us away from the devil and keep the devil away from what You have provided us (of children)’, should it be ordained that a child be born to them thereby, Satan will never harm it.” [Agreed upon].

    وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ – رضى الله عنه – عَنِ النَّبِيِّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ : { إِذَا دَعَا اَلرَّجُلُ اِمْرَأَتَهُ إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ فَأَبَتْ أَنْ تَجِيءَ , لَعَنَتْهَا اَلْمَلَائِكَةُ حَتَّى تُصْبِحَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ , وَاللَّفْظُ لِلْبُخَارِيِّ 1 . 1 – صحيح . رواه البخاري ( 5193 ) ، ومسلم ( 1436 ).

    Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “When a man calls his wife to come to his bed (for marital relations), and she refuses to come, and he spends the night in anger, the angels curse her till the morning.” [Agreed upon; the wording is al-Bukhari’s].

    وَلِمُسْلِمٍ : { كَانَ اَلَّذِي فِي اَلسَّمَاءِ سَاخِطًا عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى يَرْضَى عَنْهَا } 1 . 1 – مسلم برقم ( 1436 ) ( 121 ).

    Muslim has: “He Who is in heaven is displeased with her till her husband is pleased with her.”

    وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ – رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -لَعَنَ اَلْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ , وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 . 1 – صحيح . رواه البخاري (5940) ، ومسلم (2124).

    Narrated Ibn ‘Umar (RA): “The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) cursed the woman who joins false hair to her real hair [extensions] and the one who asks for it to be done to her; and the woman who tattoos (others) and the one who has it done (for her). [Agreed upon].

    وَلِمُسْلِمٍ : { فَإِنْ اِسْتَمْتَعْتَ بِهَا اِسْتَمْتَعْتَ وَبِهَا عِوَجٌ , وَإِنْ ذَهَبْتَ تُقِيمُهَا كَسَرْتَهَا , وَكَسْرُهَا طَلَاقُهَا } 1 . 1 – صحيح . وهي رواية مسلم (61).

    Muslim has: “So if you enjoy her you will do so while crookedness remains in her; but if you attempt to straighten her you will break her, and breaking her is divorcing her.”

    وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ : { كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -فِي غَزَاةٍ , فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا اَلْمَدِينَةَ , ذَهَبْنَا لِنَدْخُلَ . فَقَالَ : ” أَمْهِلُوا حَتَّى تَدْخُلُوا لَيْلًا – يَعْنِي : عِشَاءً – لِكَيْ تَمْتَشِطَ اَلشَّعِثَةُ , وَتَسْتَحِدَّ اَلْمَغِيبَةُ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 . 1 – صحيح . رواه البخاري (5079) ، ومسلم (715) (57) واللفظ للبخاري وهو عندهما مطول.

    Narrated Jabir (RA): We were with the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) on an expedition. Then, when we arrived at al-Madinah and were about to enter he said, “Wait so that you may enter by night – i.e. in the evening in order that the woman with disheveled hair may comb it and the woman whose husband has been away may shave her pubic hairs (getting ready for her husband).” [Agreed upon].

    وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لِلْبُخَارِيِّ : { إِذَا أَطَالَ 1 أَحَدُكُمُ الْغَيْبَةَ , فَلَا يَطْرُقْ أَهْلَهُ لَيْلاً } 2 . 1 – في ” أ ” : ” طال ” وهو تحريف. 2 – صحيح . رواه البخاري ( 5244 ).

    A narration by al-Bukhari has: “When one of you has been away from home for a long time, he must not come to his family during the night.”

    وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ – رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ : { رَدَّ اَلنَّبِيُّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -اِبْنَتَهُ زَيْنَبَ عَلَى أَبِي الْعَاصِ بْنِ اَلرَّبِيعِ , بَعْدَ سِتِّ سِنِينَ بِالنِّكَاحِ اَلْأَوَّلِ , وَلَمْ يُحْدِثْ نِكَاحًا } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَالْأَرْبَعَةُ 1 إِلَّا النَّسَائِيَّ , وَصَحَّحَهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَالْحَاكِمُ 2 . 1 – وفي ” أ ” : ” الخمسة “. 2 – صحيح . رواه أحمد ( 1876 و 2366 ) ، وأبو داود ( 2240 ) ، والترمذي ( 1143 ) ، وابن ماجه ( 2009 ) ، والحاكم ( 2 / 200 ) ، من طريق محمد بن إسحاق ، عن داود بن الحصين ، عن عكرمة ، عن ابن عباس ، به . قلت : وابن إسحاق صرح بالتحديث ، ولكن داود بن الحصين ضعيف في عكرمة ، فقد قال أبو داود : ” أحاديثه عن عكرمة مناكير ، وأحاديثه عن شيوخه مستقيمة ” . وقال الحافظ في ” التقريب ” : ” ثقة إلا في عكرمة ” . ولذلك قال الترمذي : ” هذا حديث ليس بإسناده بأس ، ولكن لا نعرف وجه هذا الحديث ، ولعله قد جاء هذا الحديث من قبل داود بن حصين ؛ من قبل حفظه ” . قلت: وللحديث شواهد مرسلة بأسانيد صحيحة أوردها ابن سعد في ترجمة زينب -رضي الله عنها- في “الطبقات” وأما عن تصحيح أحمد، فسيأتي في الحديث التالي.

    Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas (RA): The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) returned his daughter Zainab (RA) to [her husband] Abul-‘Aas bin ar-Rabi’ (RA) based upon the first marriage, after six years (of separation), and he did not perform a new marriage. [Reported by Ahmad and al-Arba’a except an-Nasa’i. Ahmad and al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)].

    وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ جَدِّهِ { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -رَدَّ اِبْنَتَهُ زَيْنَبَ عَلَى أَبِي الْعَاصِ بِنِكَاحٍ جَدِيدٍ } قَالَ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ : حَدِيثُ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَجْوَدُ إِسْنَادًا , وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى حَدِيثِ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ 1 . 1 – ضعيف . رواه أحمد ( 2 / 207 – 208 ) والترمذي ( 1142 ) ، وابن ماجه ( 2010 ) من طريق حجاج بن أرطاة ، عن عمرو بن شعيب ، به . وقال الترمذي : ” هذا حديث في إسناده مقال ، وفي الحديث الآخر – حديث ابن عباس – أيضا مقال”. وقال أيضا : ” قال يزيد بن هارون : حديث ابن عباس أجود إسنادا ” . قال عبد الله بن أحمد ( 11 / 6939 / شاكر ) : ” قال أبي في حديث حجاج : ” رد زينب ” قال : هذا حديث ضعيف . أو قال : واه . ولم يسمعه الحجاج من عمرو بن شعيب ، إنما سمعه من محمد بن عبيد الله العرزمي لا يساوي حديثه شيئا . والحديث الصحيح الذي روي ، أن النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- أقرهما على النكاح الأول”.

    Narrated ‘Amr bin Shu’aib on his father’s authority from his grandfather: The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) returned his daughter Zainab (RA) to [her husband] Abul-‘Aas (RA) by a new marriage. [at-Tirmidhi said, “The Hadith of Ibn ‘Abbas (RA) is better than ‘Amr’s Hadith in consideration of the chains of narrators. However, that which is being observed in practice is ‘Amr bin Shu’aib’s Hadith”].

    وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ – رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ : { أَسْلَمَتْ اِمْرَأَةٌ , فَتَزَوَّجَتْ , فَجَاءَ زَوْجُهَا , فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ ! إِنِّي كُنْتُ أَسْلَمْتُ , وَعَلِمَتْ بِإِسْلَامِي , فَانْتَزَعَهَا رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -مِنْ زَوْجِهَا اَلْآخَرِ , وَرَدَّهَا إِلَى زَوْجِهَا اَلْأَوَّلِ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ , وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ . وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ , وَالْحَاكِمُ 1 . 1 – ضعيف . رواه أحمد ( 2059 و 2974 ) ، وأبو داود ( 2238 ) ، والترمذي ( 1144 ) ، وابن ماجه ( 2008 ) ، وابن حبان ( 1280 ) ، والحاكم (200) ، من طريق سماك بن حرب ، عن عكرمة ، عن ابن عباس ، به. واختلف قول الترمذي ، فقال في ” السنن ” : ” صحيح ” وفي ” تحفة الأشراف ” : ” حسن ” . قلت : وسواء كان هذا أو ذاك فالحديث إسناده ضعيف ، وعلته رواية سماك ، عن عكرمة فقد قال باضطرابها ابن المديني ويعقوب وغيرهما ، ولذلك قال الحافظ في ” التقريب ” : ” صدوق ، وروايته عن عكرمة -خاصة- مضطربة ، وقد تغير بآخره، فكان ربما يلقن “.

    Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas (RA): A woman had accepted Islam and then re-married, so her (previous) husband came and said, “O Allah’s Messenger, I had accepted Islam and she knew that I had done so.” So Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) took her away from her second husband and returned her to her first one. [Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah. Ibn Hibban and al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)].
