    وَعَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ : { تَزَوَّجَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -اَلْعَالِيَةَ مِنْ بَنِي غِفَارٍ , فَلَمَّا دَخَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ وَوَضَعَتْ ثِيَابَهَا , رَأَى بِكَشْحِهَا بَيَاضًا فَقَالَ : ” اِلْبَسِي ثِيَابَكِ , وَالْحَقِي بِأَهْلِكِ ” , وَأَمَرَ لَهَا بِالصَّدَاقِ } رَوَاهُ اَلْحَاكِمُ , وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ جَمِيلُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَهُوَ مَجْهُولٌ , وَاخْتُلِفَ عَلَيْهِ فِي شَيْخِهِ اِخْتِلَافًا كَثِيرًا 1 . 1 – ضعيف جدا . رواه الحاكم (4 / 34) ، من طريق أبي معاوية الضرير ، عن جميل بن زيد الطائي ، عن زيد بن كعب ، به. وجميل بن زيد قال عنه ابن معين : “ليس بثقة ” . وقال البخاري : ” لم يصح حديثه ” . وأما الإختلاف عليه في الحديث فهو كثير كما قال الحافظ ، ومن قبله قال ابن عدي في ” الكامل ” بعد أن ذكر شيئا من هذا الاختلاف (2 /593) : ” جميل بن زيد يعرف بهذا الحديث ، واضطرب الرواة عنه بهذا الحديث حسب ما ذكره البخاري ، وتلون على ألوانه “.

    Narrated Zaid bin Ka’b bin ‘Ujrah (RA) on his father’s authority: ‘Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) married al-‘Aaliyah of Banu Ghifar. When she entered in his presence and he removed her clothes, he saw whiteness (of leprosy) around her waist area and the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Put on your clothes and return to your family.” He ordered her dowry to be given to her. [Reported by al-Hakim]. In its chain of narrators, is Jamil bin Zaid, who is Majhul (an unaccredited narrator). There is also a great difference of opinion as to who was his Shaykh.

    وَعَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ اَلْمُسَيَّبِ ; أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ اَلْخَطَّابِ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ : { أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ اِمْرَأَةً , فَدَخَلَ بِهَا , فَوَجَدَهَا بَرْصَاءَ , أَوْ مَجْنُونَةً , أَوْ مَجْذُومَةً , فَلَهَا اَلصَّدَاقُ بِمَسِيسِهِ إِيَّاهَا , وَهُوَ لَهُ عَلَى مَنْ غَرَّهُ مِنْهَا } أَخْرَجَهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ , وَمَالِكٌ , وَابْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ , وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ 1 . 1 – ضعيف . رواه سعيد بن منصور في ” السنن ” ( 1 / 212 / رقم 818 ) ، ومالك ” الموطأ ” ( 2 / 526 / 9 ) ، وابن أبي شيبة في ” المصنف ” ( 2 /4 /175 ) من طريق يحيى بن سعيد ، عن سعيد بن المسيب ، عن عمر به . وقول الحافظ : ” رجاله ثقات ” لا يعني صحته . فهو فعلا رجاله ثقات ؛ لكنه منقطع بين ابن المسيب وعمر.

    Narrated Sa’id bin al-Musaiyab: ‘Umar bin al-Khattab (RA) said: “If any man married a woman and after sleeping with her finds that she is affected with leprosy or insane, she gets her dowry (if he divorces her) for having intercourse with her, and it is returned to him from the one who has deceived him with her.” [Sa’id bin Mansur, Malik and Ibn Abu Shaibah reported it. It’s narrated are reliable (thiqah)].

    وَرَوَى سَعِيدٌ أَيْضًا : عَنْ عَلِيٍّ نَحْوَهُ , وَزَادَ : { وَبِهَا قَرَنٌ , فَزَوْجُهَا بِالْخِيَارِ , فَإِنْ مَسَّهَا فَلَهَا اَلْمَهْرُ بِمَا اِسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا 1 } . 1 – ضعيف . رواه سعيد بن منصور في ” السنن ” ( 1 13 / رقم 821 ) من طريق الشعبي ، عن علي به. وعلته الانقطاع بين الشعبي وعلي ؛ فإنه لم يسمع منه إلا حرفا لم يسمع غيره كما قال الدارقطني في “العلل” (4/97).

    Sa’id (bin Mansur) also reported something similar from ‘Ali (RA) and added: “And (if) she has something like a horn (Qarn) (coming out of her vagina), her husband then has the right to divorce her or keep her. And if he had intercourse with her, she gets her dowry for the intercourse her husband has had.”

    وَمِنْ طَرِيقِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ اَلْمُسَيَّبِ أَيْضًا قَالَ : { قَضَى [بِهِ] عُمَرُ فِي اَلْعِنِّينِ , أَنْ يُؤَجَّلَ سَنَةً، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ 1 } . 1 – ضعيف . رواه ابن أبي شيبة ( 2 /4 / 207 ) . وأيضا رواه ابن أبي شيبة ، عن عمر من طرق أخرى ، لكنها معلومة كلها . ولكنه صح عن ابن مسعود بلفظ : ” يؤجل العنين سنة ، فإن جامع وإلا فرق بينهما” . رواه ابن أبي شيبة ( 2 /4 /206 ) بسند صحيح.

    Narrated Sa’id bin al-Musaiyab this Hadith also: ‘Umar (RA) gave a decree regarding a husband who is impotent that he must be given delay for one year. [Its narrators are reliable].

    عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ أَتَى اِمْرَأَةً فِي دُبُرِهَا } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ , وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ , وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ , وَلَكِنْ أُعِلَّ بِالْإِرْسَالِ 1 . 1 – صحيح بشواهده . وفي “الأصل” تفصيل ذلك.

    Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “He who has intercourse with a woman through her anus is accursed.” [Abu Dawud and an-Nasa’i reported it and the wording is his (an-Nasa’i). Its narrators are reliable, but it was considered to be defective for being Mursal (a missing link after the Tabi’i)].

    وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ – رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا يَنْظُرُ اَللَّهُ إِلَى رَجُلٍ أَتَى رَجُلاً أَوْ اِمْرَأَةً فِي دُبُرِهَا } رَوَاهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ , وَالنَّسَائِيُّ , وَابْنُ حِبَّانَ , وَأُعِلَّ بِالْوَقْفِ 1 . 1 – صحيح بشواهده.

    Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas (RA): Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Allah will not look at a man who has intercourse with a man or a woman through the anus.” [Reported by at-Tirmidhi, an-Nasa’i and Ibn Hibban, but it was considered to be defective for being Mawquf (saying of a Companion, i.e. Ibn ‘Abbas)].

    وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ – رضى الله عنه – عَنِ اَلنَّبِيِّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ : { مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاَللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ اَلْآخِرِ فَلَا يُؤْذِي جَارَهُ , وَاسْتَوْصُوا بِالنِّسَاءِ خَيْرًا , فَإِنَّهُنَّ خُلِقْنَ مِنْ ضِلَعٍ , وَإِنَّ أَعْوَجَ شَيْءٍ فِي اَلضِّلَعِ أَعْلَاهُ , فَإِنْ ذَهَبْتَ تُقِيمَهُ كَسَرْتَهُ , وَإِنْ تَرَكْتَهُ لَمْ يَزَلْ أَعْوَجَ , فَاسْتَوْصُوا بِالنِّسَاءِ خَيْرًا } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ , وَاللَّفْظُ لِلْبُخَارِيِّ 1 . 1 – صحيح . رواه البخاري (9 52 – 253 / فتح ) ، ومسلم ( 1468 ) ( 62 ) . “تنبيه” : هذا الحديث حقيقته حديثان ، ونبه على ذلك الحافظ نفسه في ” الفتح ” فإلى قوله : “جاره” حديث ، والباقي حديث ، وفي رواية مسلم لم يذكر الحديث الأول ، وإنما ذكر حديثا آخر، وهو : “من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فإذا شهد أمرا فليتكلم بخير أو ليسكت”.

    Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “He who believes in Allah and the last Day should not harm his neighbor; and take my advice regarding good treatment of women, for they were created from a rib. And indeed the most crooked part of the rib is its upper part. If you attempt to straighten it, you will break it, and if you leave it alone it will remain crooked. So, take my advice regarding good treatment of women.” [Agreed upon; the wording is al-Bukhari’s].

    وَصَحَّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عِنْدَ اَلْبُخَارِيِّ ; أَنَّهُ كَانَ عَبْدًا 1 . 1 – صحيح . رواه البخاري (9 / 406 – 408/ فتح).

    It has been authentically reported from Ibn ‘Abbas (RA) by al-Bukhari: “…that he was a slave”.

    وَعَنِ اَلضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ فَيْرُوزَ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ : { قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ ! إِنِّي أَسْلَمْتُ وَتَحْتِي أُخْتَانِ , فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -” طَلِّقْ أَيَّتَهُمَا شِئْتَ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَالْأَرْبَعَةُ إِلَّا النَّسَائِيَّ , وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ , وَاَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ , وَالْبَيْهَقِيُّ , وَأَعَلَّهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ 1 . 1 – ضعيف . رواه أحمد ( 4 / 232 ) ، وأبو داود ( 2243 ) ، والترمذي ( 1129 و 1130 ) ، وابن ماجه ( 1951 ) ، وابن حبان ( 1376 ) ، والدارقطني ( 3 / 273 ) ، والبيهقي ( 7 / 184 ) ، من طريق أبي وهب الجيشاني ، عن الضحاك بن فيروز ، به . وقال الترمذي : ” هذا حديث حسن ” . قلت : أبو وهب الجيشاني ، والضحاك بن فيروز ترجمهما الحافظ في ” التقريب ” بقوله : ” مقبول ” فهذه علة ، ولذلك فقول الترمذي : ” حسن ” فيه تساهل . وعلة أخرى قالها البخاري في ” التاريخ الكبير ” ( 2 / 2 / 333 ) : ” الضحاك بن فيروز الديلمي، عن أبيه ، روى عنه أبو وهب الجيشاني ، لا يعرف سماع بعضهم من بعض “.

    Narrated ad-Dahhak bin Fairuz ad-Dailami on the authority on the authority of his father (RA): I said, “O Allah’s Messenger, I have accepted Islam and I am married to two sisters.” Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم)then said, “Divorce whichever of them you wish.” [Reported by Ahmad and al-Arba’a, except an-Nasa’i. Ibn Hibban, ad-Daraqutni and al-Baihaqi graded it Sahih (authentic) but al-Bukhari considered it defective].

    وَعَنْ سَالِمٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , { أَنَّ غَيْلَانَ بْنَ سَلَمَةَ أَسْلَمَ وَلَهُ عَشْرُ نِسْوَةٍ , فَأَسْلَمْنَ مَعَهُ , فَأَمَرَهُ اَلنَّبِيُّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -أَنْ يَتَخَيَّرَ مِنْهُنَّ أَرْبَعًا } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ , وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ , وَالْحَاكِمُ ، وَأَعَلَّهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ , وَأَبُو زُرْعَةَ , وَأَبُو حَاتِمٍ 1 . 1 – ضعيف . رواه أحمد (23 و 14) ، والترمذي (1128) ، وابن حبان (1377) ، والحاكم (292) وهو معلول وقد أبان الحافظ في ” التلخيص ” ( 3 / 168 – 169 ) عن علله.

    Narrated Salim on the authority if his father: Ghailan bin Salamah accepted Islam and he had ten wives who accepted Islam along with him. So, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) commanded him to, “Choose four of them.” [Reported by Ahmad and at-Tirmidhi. Ibn Hibban and al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic); but al-Bukhari, Abu Zur’ah and Abu Hatim considered it defective].
