    وَعَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ : { قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ ! مَا حَقُّ زَوْجِ أَحَدِنَا عَلَيْهِ ? قَالَ : ” تُطْعِمُهَا إِذَا أَكَلْتَ , وَتَكْسُوهَا إِذَا اِكْتَسَيْتَ , وَلَا تَضْرِبِ الْوَجْهَ , وَلَا تُقَبِّحْ , وَلَا تَهْجُرْ إِلَّا فِي اَلْبَيْتِ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ , وَالنَّسَائِيُّ , وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ، وَعَلَّقَ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ بَعْضَهُ، وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ , وَالْحَاكِمُ 1 . 1 – صحيح . رواه أحمد ( 4 / 447 و 5 / 3 و 5 ) ، وأبو داود ( 2142 ) ، والنسائي في ” عشرة النساء ” ( 289 ) ، وابن ماجه (1850) ، وابن حبان ( 1268 ) ، والحاكم ( 2 / 187 – 188 ) . وعلق البخاري منه فقط ( 9 / 300 / فتح ) قوله : ” غير أن لا تهجر إلا في البيت “.

    Narrated Hakim bin Mu’awiyah on the authority of his father (RA): I asked, “O Messenger of Allah, what are the rights of a wife of one of us on her husband?” He replied, “You should give her food when you eat, clothe her when you clothe yourself, not strike her on the face, and do not revile her or desert her except within the house.” [Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, an-Nasa’i and Ibn Majah, al-Bukhari mentioned part of it [the last sentence] as Mu’allaq (a broken chain from the side of the collector, i.e. al-Bukhari), Ibn Hibban and al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)].

    وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ – رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ : { كَانَتِ الْيَهُودُ تَقُولُ : إِذَا أَتَى اَلرَّجُلُ اِمْرَأَتَهُ مِنْ دُبُرِهَا فِي قُبُلِهَا , كَانَ اَلْوَلَدُ أَحْوَلَ . فَنَزَلَتْ : “نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ فَأْتُوْا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ” [اَلْبَقَرَة : 223] } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ , وَاللَّفْظُ لِمُسْلِمٍ 1 . 1 – صحيح . رواه البخاري ( 4528 ) ، ومسلم ( 1435 ) ( 117 ).

    Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah (RA): The Jews used to say, “When a man has intercourse with his wife through the vagina, but from her back side, the child will be squint-eyed.” Then, the Verse came down: “Your wives are a tilth to you, so come to your tilth however you wish [2:223].” [Agreed upon; the wording is Muslim’s].

    وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ – رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ 1 إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ أَهْلَهُ قَالَ : بِسْمِ اَللَّهِ . اَللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا اَلشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا ; فَإِنَّهُ إِنْ يُقَدَّرْ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدٌ فِي ذَلِكَ , لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ اَلشَّيْطَانُ أَبَدًا”. } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 2 . 1 – في ” الصحيحين ” : ” أحدهم “. 2 – صحيح . رواه البخاري ( 51655) ، ومسلم ( 1434 ) واللفظ لمسلم.

    Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas (RA): Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “If anyone who intends to have intercourse with his wife says, ‘In the Name of Allah. O Allah, keep us away from the devil and keep the devil away from what You have provided us (of children)’, should it be ordained that a child be born to them thereby, Satan will never harm it.” [Agreed upon].

    وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ – رضى الله عنه – عَنِ النَّبِيِّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ : { إِذَا دَعَا اَلرَّجُلُ اِمْرَأَتَهُ إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ فَأَبَتْ أَنْ تَجِيءَ , لَعَنَتْهَا اَلْمَلَائِكَةُ حَتَّى تُصْبِحَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ , وَاللَّفْظُ لِلْبُخَارِيِّ 1 . 1 – صحيح . رواه البخاري ( 5193 ) ، ومسلم ( 1436 ).

    Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “When a man calls his wife to come to his bed (for marital relations), and she refuses to come, and he spends the night in anger, the angels curse her till the morning.” [Agreed upon; the wording is al-Bukhari’s].

    وَلِمُسْلِمٍ : { كَانَ اَلَّذِي فِي اَلسَّمَاءِ سَاخِطًا عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى يَرْضَى عَنْهَا } 1 . 1 – مسلم برقم ( 1436 ) ( 121 ).

    Muslim has: “He Who is in heaven is displeased with her till her husband is pleased with her.”

    وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ – رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -لَعَنَ اَلْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ , وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 . 1 – صحيح . رواه البخاري (5940) ، ومسلم (2124).

    Narrated Ibn ‘Umar (RA): “The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) cursed the woman who joins false hair to her real hair [extensions] and the one who asks for it to be done to her; and the woman who tattoos (others) and the one who has it done (for her). [Agreed upon].

    عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ – رضى الله عنه – قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ أَتَى اِمْرَأَةً فِي دُبُرِهَا } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ , وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ , وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ , وَلَكِنْ أُعِلَّ بِالْإِرْسَالِ 1 . 1 – صحيح بشواهده . وفي “الأصل” تفصيل ذلك.

    Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “He who has intercourse with a woman through her anus is accursed.” [Abu Dawud and an-Nasa’i reported it and the wording is his (an-Nasa’i). Its narrators are reliable, but it was considered to be defective for being Mursal (a missing link after the Tabi’i)].

    وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ – رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا يَنْظُرُ اَللَّهُ إِلَى رَجُلٍ أَتَى رَجُلاً أَوْ اِمْرَأَةً فِي دُبُرِهَا } رَوَاهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ , وَالنَّسَائِيُّ , وَابْنُ حِبَّانَ , وَأُعِلَّ بِالْوَقْفِ 1 . 1 – صحيح بشواهده.

    Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas (RA): Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Allah will not look at a man who has intercourse with a man or a woman through the anus.” [Reported by at-Tirmidhi, an-Nasa’i and Ibn Hibban, but it was considered to be defective for being Mawquf (saying of a Companion, i.e. Ibn ‘Abbas)].

    وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ – رضى الله عنه – عَنِ اَلنَّبِيِّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ : { مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاَللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ اَلْآخِرِ فَلَا يُؤْذِي جَارَهُ , وَاسْتَوْصُوا بِالنِّسَاءِ خَيْرًا , فَإِنَّهُنَّ خُلِقْنَ مِنْ ضِلَعٍ , وَإِنَّ أَعْوَجَ شَيْءٍ فِي اَلضِّلَعِ أَعْلَاهُ , فَإِنْ ذَهَبْتَ تُقِيمَهُ كَسَرْتَهُ , وَإِنْ تَرَكْتَهُ لَمْ يَزَلْ أَعْوَجَ , فَاسْتَوْصُوا بِالنِّسَاءِ خَيْرًا } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ , وَاللَّفْظُ لِلْبُخَارِيِّ 1 . 1 – صحيح . رواه البخاري (9 52 – 253 / فتح ) ، ومسلم ( 1468 ) ( 62 ) . “تنبيه” : هذا الحديث حقيقته حديثان ، ونبه على ذلك الحافظ نفسه في ” الفتح ” فإلى قوله : “جاره” حديث ، والباقي حديث ، وفي رواية مسلم لم يذكر الحديث الأول ، وإنما ذكر حديثا آخر، وهو : “من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فإذا شهد أمرا فليتكلم بخير أو ليسكت”.

    Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “He who believes in Allah and the last Day should not harm his neighbor; and take my advice regarding good treatment of women, for they were created from a rib. And indeed the most crooked part of the rib is its upper part. If you attempt to straighten it, you will break it, and if you leave it alone it will remain crooked. So, take my advice regarding good treatment of women.” [Agreed upon; the wording is al-Bukhari’s].

    وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ – رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ : { رَدَّ اَلنَّبِيُّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -اِبْنَتَهُ زَيْنَبَ عَلَى أَبِي الْعَاصِ بْنِ اَلرَّبِيعِ , بَعْدَ سِتِّ سِنِينَ بِالنِّكَاحِ اَلْأَوَّلِ , وَلَمْ يُحْدِثْ نِكَاحًا } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَالْأَرْبَعَةُ 1 إِلَّا النَّسَائِيَّ , وَصَحَّحَهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَالْحَاكِمُ 2 . 1 – وفي ” أ ” : ” الخمسة “. 2 – صحيح . رواه أحمد ( 1876 و 2366 ) ، وأبو داود ( 2240 ) ، والترمذي ( 1143 ) ، وابن ماجه ( 2009 ) ، والحاكم ( 2 / 200 ) ، من طريق محمد بن إسحاق ، عن داود بن الحصين ، عن عكرمة ، عن ابن عباس ، به . قلت : وابن إسحاق صرح بالتحديث ، ولكن داود بن الحصين ضعيف في عكرمة ، فقد قال أبو داود : ” أحاديثه عن عكرمة مناكير ، وأحاديثه عن شيوخه مستقيمة ” . وقال الحافظ في ” التقريب ” : ” ثقة إلا في عكرمة ” . ولذلك قال الترمذي : ” هذا حديث ليس بإسناده بأس ، ولكن لا نعرف وجه هذا الحديث ، ولعله قد جاء هذا الحديث من قبل داود بن حصين ؛ من قبل حفظه ” . قلت: وللحديث شواهد مرسلة بأسانيد صحيحة أوردها ابن سعد في ترجمة زينب -رضي الله عنها- في “الطبقات” وأما عن تصحيح أحمد، فسيأتي في الحديث التالي.

    Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas (RA): The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) returned his daughter Zainab (RA) to [her husband] Abul-‘Aas bin ar-Rabi’ (RA) based upon the first marriage, after six years (of separation), and he did not perform a new marriage. [Reported by Ahmad and al-Arba’a except an-Nasa’i. Ahmad and al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)].
